If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer you a few different options. You can exchange your item for something you like better or return it for a full refund. If you love your item but something just wasn’t quite right, we would love to work with you to custom make a replacement. For example, if you need a different size or prefer another color we will likely be able to accommodate you.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. (During the December holidays we can accept returns until January 15).
Please email email@example.com the reason for your return and how you would like to proceed. Once we receive your email we will contact you and send you a return shipping label. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and shipped with care.
We cannot accept returns on custom orders.
