Park & Lex offers complimentary shipping on all orders over $200. Please contact me if you require faster service, international shipping, or have any questions.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a few options. You can exchange your item for something you like better or return it for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping. If you love your item but something just wasn’t quite right, I would love to work with you to make a custom replacement. For example, if you need a different size or prefer another color I will likely be able to accommodate you.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. (During the December holidays we can accept returns until January 15). Buyer is responsible for the cost of return.
Please email contact@parklexnyc.com the reason for your return and how you would like to proceed. Once your email is received, you will be provided with confirmation and a return shipping label. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and shipped with care.
Please understand custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
